The Mistletoe Hill pool will open May 20, 2017. Pool hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. All pool rules are implemented and enforced to maximize everyone’s enjoyment of the facilities and to create a positive environment for all. Use of the pool is “swim-at-your-own-risk;” lifeguards will not be provided. The pool closes September 10, 2017 for the season.

All homeowners will be required to complete a Pool Pass Agreement Form before we can activate your pool card for the 2017 pool season.
Pool Pass Agreement/Card activation date:
May 6th(Saturday) 9 am – 11 am Location: Mistletoe Hill Pool
If you are a new resident and need a pool card or are an existing resident who needs a replacement card we will have cards available for pick up on Saturday
Note: If you are unable to attend the above date, please email your signed agreement to FirstService Residential
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR CARD NUMBER ON AGREEMENT.
Failure to provide your card number will result in failure to activate.
Due to the volume of agreements you will not receive a confirmation that your card has been activated
If you are turning in your agreement after pool season has begun please allow up to 72 business hours for your card to be activated. Replacement cards can be purchased for $40.00
